काय आहे कोरडवाहू क्षेत्र विकास योजना?
२०१५ पासून सुरू असलेली ही योजना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचा एक महत्त्वाकांक्षी उपक्रम आहे. याचा मूळ उद्देश राज्यातील कोरडवाहू शेतीत अडकलेल्या शेतकऱ्यांना पारंपरिक पीक पद्धतीतून बाहेर काढून एकात्मिक शेतीकडे वळवणे हा आहे. या योजनेची अंमलबजावणी राज्यातील सर्व ३४ जिल्ह्यांमध्ये निवडक गावांमध्ये केली जाते. ज्या गावांमध्ये ६०% पेक्षा जास्त क्षेत्र कोरडवाहू आहे, नैसर्गिक शेतीचा प्रचार केला जातो किंवा जे पाणलोट क्षेत्र विकास प्रकल्पाखाली येतात, अशा गावांची निवड केली जाते. या योजनेतून शेतकऱ्यांना केवळ आर्थिक मदतच नाही, तर शाश्वत शेतीतज्ज्ञांकडून मार्गदर्शनही दिले जाते.
योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी पात्रता आणि निकष
कोरडवाहू क्षेत्र विकास योजनेसाठी अर्ज करण्यासाठी शेतकऱ्याला काही अटी पूर्ण कराव्या लागतात. या अटींमध्ये:
- अर्जदार महाराष्ट्राचा रहिवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- शेतकऱ्याचे आधार कार्ड त्याच्या बँक खात्याशी जोडलेले असावे.

कोणत्या उपक्रमांसाठी मिळणार अनुदान?
या योजनेचे सर्वात मोठे वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे यात एकाच वेळी अनेक शेतीपूरक व्यवसायांसाठी अनुदान दिले जाते, ज्यामुळे शेतकऱ्याला केवळ पिकांवर अवलंबून राहावे लागत नाही. यात समाविष्ट असलेले प्रमुख घटक:
- पशुधन विकास: दुग्धव्यवसायासाठी दुधाळ जनावरे, शेळ्या-मेंढ्या पालन (१० शेळ्या-मेंढ्या), किंवा कुक्कुटपालन (५० कोंबड्या).
- फळबाग लागवड: आंबा, पेरू, डाळिंब यांसारख्या फळपिकांची लागवड.
- इतर व्यवसाय: मधमाशी पालन, गांडूळ खत उत्पादन, शेततळे, मत्स्यव्यवसाय आणि सिलेज निर्मिती (चारा साठवण).

For Which Initiatives Will a Grant Be Provided?

- Livestock Development: Dairy animals for milk production, goat/sheep farming (10 goats/sheep), or poultry farming (50 chickens).
- Horticulture: Cultivation of fruit crops like mango, guava, and pomegranate.
- Other Businesses: Beekeeping, vermicompost production, farm ponds, fisheries, and silage production (fodder storage).
For all these activities, a maximum grant of up to ₹30,000 per farmer is provided. There is no difference in the grant amount based on land ownership.

To benefit from this scheme, farmers must apply online by visiting the MahaDBT portal (https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/
). While applying on the portal, farmers can check whether their village is included in the scheme. An application can only be submitted if the village is on the list. When applying, it is crucial to accurately fill in the required documents and bank account information. After the application process is complete, selected farmers will receive further information.
